What due process do illegal aliens have rights too, by law? I do not believe they have any. If they are a green card holder or other visa holder, yes they have limited rights, but my understanding is that those who arrived and reside here illegally do not have rights. Additionally why is the press and Dems so high on this when they allowed the previous administration to flagrantly violate the US immigration policies and allow 20MM illegal aliens into our country but now want “due process” for those 20MM. Double hypocritical standards re law and rights….IMO.
Send the illegals home. Once home they can open a new legal path to America that recognizes them as immigrants from other countries that are vetted by our government due processes.
Yup. That's exactly how it is supposed to work. But instead, our government is sending them to a maximum security prison in a country they are not even from.
If you think the Trump administration is going to deport 10 to 20 million illegals, I have some prime oceanfront property in Montana to sell you on the cheap.
Oh, my goodness, I do not expect many to be deported. I mean people are losing their shit over their new hero. It does not matter how many people are having their wages undercut by millions of illegal migrants, how many American citizens become victims at the hands of illegal migrants, and it does not matter that cities and states are having to divert funds from projects and services the taxpayers had expected. (Many states going into debt to do so.)
I was merely explaining why the Trump Administration chose to use this legal avenue to try. And, I support them in this effort. Most Americans do.

Your imagination of an education in Civic Law is utterly moronic hilarity you are so demonstrably delusional of Rule of Law.
Illegals do not have ANY privileges as a citizen. They never have and they never will. Your opinion is vapid.

When will these already in place MSP’s be increased to hold or execute those caught and tried for known crimes?!
Wrong. Those going to CECOT have beef in El Salvador. Citizen or Not!
Oh, I don’t know, but maybe it is the fact that there are anywhere from 10-20 million of them to deport. Did you even try to answer your own question?

There's always a solution.
Imprison them all until they're deported or they die in custody.
